We're looking for an experienced Earthworks Agent to lead and deliver all earthworks activities on a major infrastructure project, for a Highways and Construction contractor.

You'll be responsible for managing all earthworks activities on site, leading teams, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, design, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage and lead earthworks teams on site
·Plan, coordinate, and deliver all earthworks works to programme
·Interface with Agents and Sub-Agents delivering drainage, fencing, UTX and associated works
·Work closely with the Works Manager, senior Gangers, and planning team
·Manage client expectations and site coordination
·Develop methodologies, sequencing, WPPs, RAMS, and Temporary Works Design Briefs
·Ensure compliance with permanent and temporary works designs and specifications
·Manage QA processes including ITPs, TQs, NCRs, PMAFs, as-builts, and handover packs
·Review material reconciliations and manage free-issue materials
·Support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager as required

·Strong background in earthworks delivery on major civil/infrastructure projects
·Confident leader with excellent coordination and communication skills
·Detail-focused, proactive, and delivery-driven
