SITE AGENT - CONTRACT OPPORTUNITYLocation: South of England We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of a major Highways scheme in the South of England. This is a contract role working with an established contractor on a complex infrastructure project. This position will suit someone with a strong background in delivering large-scale civil engineering works, with a focus on structures and heavy infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out in line with programme and specification Coordinate with engineering, commercial and planning teams to drive progress Manage subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and work package plans Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior project stakeholders Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and site standards are upheld Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects Strong background in infrastructure schemes (structures experience highly advantageous) Experience managing sections or full project delivery on site Good understanding of construction processes, planning and coordination Strong leadership and communication skills SMSTS and relevant CSCS card Desirable: Experience working within regulated infrastructure environments Familiarity with NEC forms of contract JBRP1_UKTJ
