This is a key SLT role for a medical device manufacturer based in Ashford, Surrey.

Client Details

Our client is a global medical device business, with a large advanced manufacturing and distribution facility. The business is in a growth phase, meaning new product lines requiring integration, process improvements and continuous improvements are key.

Description

Lead site operations, working closely with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Lead the integration of new product lines into the site
Implement physical site layout optimisation
Align site operations with strategic objectives
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485Profile

A successful Site Director should have:

Track record leading manufacturing sites
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 13485
Experience implementing new processes for new product introductions
