Site Director - Greater London – up to £90,000 – Contract Catering We are seeking an experienced Site Director/senior leader to lead a fast-paced operational catering unit within a complex, regulated environment. This role carries full responsibility for site performance, financial results, compliance, and people leadership, while building strong, collaborative customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Full operational and commercial ownership of the business unit, including P&L delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary management team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the senior on-site representative. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, security, customs, and internal standards. Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and reward processes. About You Proven experience leading a large, dynamic operation in manufacturing, food, or production. Strong track record of successfully managing budgets and P&L performance. Commercially astute with a clear customer-focused mindset. Experienced in leading teams within unionised environments. Confident decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and managing change.
