Alexander James Recruiting are currently working with a leading manufacturer of Material Handling equipment looking to onboard a new Site Engineer to maintain a fleet of trucks on a customer site in Doncaster. Responsibilities
Servicing a fleet of Material Handling equipment on a customer site in Doncaster focusing on forklift trucks
Fixing and servicing other, related & specialist equipment to include bespoke forklifts and VNAs
Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way on customer site
Adhering to both the company’s and customer’s health & safety policies whilst working on site
Requirements
The company have a preference for an individual from a material handling background due to the requirements of the role; however, this is not essential. They will also consider candidates with a background working within a closely related industry such as plant equipment, automotive, commercial vehicles or similar. You will be able to work well on your own and as part of a team whilst being able to develop your skillset and learn as you go. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of Doncaster.
