Position: Site Engineer
Location: London
Package: Negotiable
Role:
* Setting out and maintaining records of calculations
* Calculating volumeterics
* Handling designers
* You will be responsible for producing multiple 3D Site Models and Cut and Fill Models
* Liaise with the client to acquire information
* 3D modelling of Tender and secured projects
* Run Take-Off reports to establish strip, bulk cut/fill and dressing quantities
* Export of 3D designs and issue for machine control and site engineers
* Drafting of drawings to submit to the client
* Value Engineer the projects by balancing the site earthworks and exploring stabilising/traditional options
* Revise models with design updates from the client and keep the sites up to date
* Quantify variations
* Assist with Test Grid and Earthworks Strategy documents
* The Salary is dependant on experience,
