Following a strong pipeline of recent project awards and an expanding portfolio, this is an exciting time to come on board and play a key role in delivering major civil engineering works that will help shape Scotlands renewable energy future.Based on-site in Aberdeenshire, youll be at the heart of high-profile, forward-thinking projects, working alongside a supportive and experienced team to deliver infrastructure with lasting impact.If youre ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to meaningful, future-focused energy developments, wed love to hear from you.Your teamBAM operates a flexible working policyMaking PossibleAs a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:Maintain high personal safety and environmental standardsSupervision of assistant engineersEnsure that the drawings and specification documents contain sufficient, accurate information for construction of the worksProvide accurate and clear setting out for worksCommunicate with foremen and gangers to ensure a full understanding of the information providedArrange formal checking of setting outComplete inspection and test plansKeep an accurate daily site diaryPreparation of 4 weekly programmesProvide accurate measurements for materials requiredMaintain material reconciliation figures for reportingEnsure that material delivery tickets are passed on for cost codingCarry out testing/sampling of materialsAssist the measurement departmentMaintain survey booksTake receipt of materials and perform checksWhat do you bring to the role?The following are mandatory requirements:Degree, HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent NVQ LevelCSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/ManagerSSSTSThe following are desirable requirements:Successful experience at Assistant engineer levelWorking towards achieving ICE Technician or Incorporated (preferred) level or equivalentWhats in it for you?Competitive salaryA wide range of family-friendly policiesCompany car/car allowance/travel allowance8 % matched pension contributionsPrivate healthcareLife assurance26 days holiday2 wellbeing days1 volunteering dayPersonal and professional developmentAbout BAMBuilding a sustainable tomorrow.
