Our client is looking to add an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in delivering major infrastructure works.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in interpreting technical designs and setting out for work, coordinating site activities, and supporting programme delivery across your section of works.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and understand design specifications and drawings in accordance with DMRB and SHW

Carry out accurate setting out using GPS and Total Station equipment

Deliver setting out for earthworks, drainage, and highways

Review design information and raise technical queries to the Section Engineer to ensure smooth workflow

Contribute to the 4-week lookahead programme for your area's works

Work closely with supervisors and the Section Engineer to co-ordinate effectively with other site activities

Support delivery of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

Identify, report, and close out Non-Conformances (NCRs)

About You

Previous experience of working as a site engineer on a similar project. A degree, HND/HNC in civil engineering, or equivalent relevant qualification CSCS card Drivers Licence​​
