The role:

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the site delivery team, ensuring works are set out accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You'll monitor progress, test workmanship, and help drive continuous improvement so that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong working relationships with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Provide and maintain setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction. Check setting-out points, benchmarks, and equipment calibration to ensure compliance. Implement test and inspection plans (ITPs) and record workmanship and materials (e.g. drainage, concrete, piling, foundations). Support the Section Engineer in planning, programming, and coordinating daily site operations. Contribute to achieving the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance. Ensure that works are properly resourced, supervised, and carried out in line with drawings and specifications.
