Perform mid-term tenancy inspections, checking property condition, tenant compliance, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Complete health and safety inspections, including fire risk management, emergency lighting checks, and other compliance-related audits. Identify, document, and escalate issues related to fire safety, security, damp/mould, and general property condition.
