Site Manager – Bespoke Houses My client, a bespoke, SME House Builder, are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to delivere private, bespoke homes in West and East Sussex area. This is a site-based role overseeing the construction of bespoke, luxury houses. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, driving programme, and coordinating specialist trades within design-led, luxury projects. Key responsibilities
Day-to-day management of bespoke private residential builds Coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers Programme management and site reporting Quality control to super prime finish standards Managing client variations and design development on site Health & Safety compliance Liaising with clients, architects and consultants
Requirements
Proven experience delivering bespoke private homes Strong understanding of high-spec finishes and bespoke detailing Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage demanding clients and consultant teams
