Site Manager - Main Contractor, London \n\nCAT A Fit Out & Hotel 5* Listed Refurbishment \n\nAn excellent opportunity to join a growing Main Contractor, supporting their construction team to deliver a £30m CAT A office commercial scheme with the future project being a 5* Hotel listed refurbishment of a building for a 200 key hotel in city of London. \n\nAs a Site Manager, you would be responsible for the management of the on-site programme and delivery of the project, ensuring strong performance of the sub contractors to meet the programme and budget of the project. \n\nYou would hold a Degree or Diploma in a Construction related subject * CSCS for Managers * Temporary Works/Lifting Supervisor, IOSH/NEBOSH or relevant health and safety certification.
