We're working on behalf of a leading construction company to recruit an experienced Construction Site Manager for internal refurbishment projects across the West Midlands, Warwickshire & beyond. This is an ideal opportunity for a working foreman who is just as confident managing trades as they are working on the tools.

You'll be leading on-site operations while ensuring quality workmanship, health & safety compliance, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations across refurbishment projects; Work on the tools (primarily carpentry) as needed; Supervise tradespeople and subcontractors; Maintain high standards of health & safety; Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment; Liaise with clients and project teams; Keep accurate records site reports, H&S logs, progress updates; Monitor project time lines and quality of works.
