***Site Manager – High‑End Fit‑Out Projects | UK & Ireland***

Your new company You will be joining a leading UK and Ireland interior fit‑out and specialist joinery contractor, renowned for delivering high‑quality commercial, retail, hospitality, heritage and office projects. The business has grown significantly over the past two decades, supported by a robust subcontractor and supply chain network. With its own in‑house joinery production facility and a reputation for precision, creativity and exceptional craftsmanship, the company consistently delivers complex fit‑out projects from concept to completion for both global brands and independent businesses. Your new role As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing fast‑paced interior fit‑out projects across the UK and Ireland. You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to programme and quality standards, and maintain rigorous health & safety compliance. You will work closely with project managers, design teams and suppliers to drive progress, resolve site challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest finish standards associated with this industry‑leading contractor. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out, shopfitting or refurbishment projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively. Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance. Ability to read drawings, manage schedules, and maintain quality assurance. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong communication skills. Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS/CSR/CSCS or equivalent).
