Groundworks Site Manager / Foreman – Birmingham – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager / Foreman for an immediate start on a project in Birmingham. This role will suit a hands-on individual with strong groundworks and civil engineering experience, ideally gained within commercial or industrial environments.

You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day groundworks operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising groundworks operations on site

* Managing gangs carrying out drainage, foundations and external works

* Coordinating plant, labour and materials

* Ensuring works are delivered safely and to specification

* Monitoring progress and maintaining programme targets

* Liaising with site management and subcontractors

* Maintaining site H&S and quality standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in groundworks as Site Manager or Foreman

* Must have worked on commercial or industrial projects

* Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations and infrastructure works

* Ability to manage gangs and plant on site

* SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

* CSCS essential

* First Aid beneficial
