Synergy Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a Freelance Site Manager with MOD experience for a project in Tidworth, Wiltshire.
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification
- 1st Aid qualification
- CSCS card
- Previous experience in MOD projects is essential
- Ability to manage sub-contractors, conduct site inductions, handle permits, liaise with clients, manage paperwork, prioritize Health & Safety, and work in live environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example on the project
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times for your safety.
