Site Manager - UK Wide Renewable Energy Projects (2026)

Location: United Kingdom Contract: Long-term / Contract- 6 months + Start: 2026 Rates: £450-£500 a day Turner Lovell is recruiting experienced Site Managers for major renewable energy projects across the UK. You'll lead sites from civil construction through to M&E installation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations and team management. Oversee civil and M&E works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance. Liaise with clients, engineers, and project management teams. Monitor progress, budgets, and site HSEQ standards. Support resolution of technical queries and maintain site documentation. Candidate Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction or energy projects. Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and site safety practices (SMSTS/CSCS/CCNSG). Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Willingness to travel across UK project sites.
