Site Manager – Hotel Refurbishment Project\nWe are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of corridors within a live hotel environment.\nProject Details:\n * \n Start Date: 05th January\n * \n Duration: 3–4 months\n * \n Location: Covent Garden\n * \n Future Opportunities: This project is expected to lead to further work for the right candidate.\nRole Responsibilities:\n * \n Day-to-day management of site operations within a live hotel\n * \n Coordinating subcontractors and trades\n * \n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\n * \n Managing health & safety and maintaining minimal disruption to hotel guests and staff\n * \n Liaising with hotel management, clients, and project teams\n * \n Quality control and progress reporting\nRequirements:\n * \n Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects\n * \n Experience working in live/occupied environments (hotels, residential, healthcare, etc.)\n * \n Strong communication and organisational skills\n * \n SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid desirable)\n * \n Ability to manage works sensitively in guest-facing areas\nWhat We Offer:\n * \n Competitive rate (dependent on experience)\n * \n Immediate January start\n * \n Opportunity for ongoing work beyond the initial project\nTo find out more, please submit your CV
