Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in housebuilding construction? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious housebuilding environment, where your expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality homes.
As part of a continued expansion, we are seeking skilled Site Managers to oversee developments across Shropshire and the surrounding region. Youll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site activities from inception to completion
Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly followed
Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience managing residential construction sites
SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid qualification
Scaffolding Appreciation
Strong leadership and organisational skills
