Site Manager – Small Residential Development
Location: Livingston
Start: Immediate
I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee small-scale residential build in Livingston. This role is ideally suited to someone with hands-on experience managing bespoke or small housing developments, rather than large-volume, mass new-build sites.
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on small residential projects
*
NHBC experience (essential)
*
Valid SMSTS
*
Valid First Aid at Work
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Strong understanding of quality control, health & safety, and site coordination
*
Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively
*
Available to start immediately
Role Responsibilities
*
Day-to-day management of site operations
*
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
*
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
*
Maintaining NHBC compliance and site documentation
*
Liaising with clients, inspectors, and the wider project team
What We’re Looking For
This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to large-scale, high-volume new build housing. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the detail, flexibility, and hands-on approach required for smaller residential developments
