As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of window and door installation and specialist glazing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met while leading a team of skilled installers and subcontractors. Responsibilities * The site manager will control day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations * Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and labour * As the site manager you will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery * Conduct site inspections and quality checks * Resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally * Maintain accurate records and reporting ✅ Requirements * Proven experience as a site manager in construction or ideally fenestration, or double glazing * Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber) * Familiarity with commercial and social housing project requirements a benefit, but not essential. * SMSTS or SSSTS certification * The site manager will have excellent communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Company vehicle and fuel card * Pension scheme and holiday entitlement * Genuine opportunities for career progression and training * Supportive team culture and a commitment to quality * If you are an installation manager in the double glazing industry or window and door industry please send a CV in confidence
