Site Manager – Purfleet – 12–14 Week Contract We are urgently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 12–14 week project in Purfleet. This is a hands-on role for a proactive Site Manager with proven experience delivering industrial refurbishments. The successful Site Manager will take full responsibility for managing works across industrial units, warehouse space and offices. Scope of works: * Strip out and demolition * Roof works * Making good * Ceilings and partition walls * General refurbishment of warehouse and office areas The appointed Site Manager will oversee subcontractors, manage programme, enforce health & safety, and ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard. Site Manager Requirements: * Valid SMSTS * Valid First Aid at Work * Strong background in industrial / warehouse refurbishments * Experience managing similar strip out and roofing packages * Able to start promptly and commit to the full 12–14 week programme This is a great opportunity for a reliable Site Manager looking for their next contract role.
