Site Manager – Industrial & Logistics Project (Coventry) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an industrial and logistics project based in Coventry. This is an initial 8-week contract, with responsibility for overseeing externals and groundworks packages from early stages through to completion. Location: Coventry Duration: 8 weeks (initial) Rate: £300 – £330 per day Payment: CIS or Umbrella The Role: You will be responsible for managing key phases of the project, ensuring that all external works and groundworks are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role requires a proactive manager with a strong track record in industrial and logistics developments, capable of overseeing packages from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing externals and groundworks packages on site * Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades effectively * Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations * Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management * Maintaining quality control across all aspects of the works * Driving project delivery to meet deadlines and budget requirements Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial and logistics projects * Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion * Strong background in groundworks and external works * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Start Date: Immediate / ASAP If you have the relevant experience and are available for this contract, we’d like to hear from you.
