The Company\n\nThis Site Manager’s role is with a large property services company within their principal contracting division. The client pool is made up of blue-chip clients to which they deliver fit out, refurbishment and M&E upgrades with values between £10,000 - £3M.\n\nThe Role\n\n * Oversee all on-site activities from start to completion\n\n * Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies\n\n * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards\n\n * Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics\n\n * Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting\n\n * Resolve issues quickly to keep the project moving smoothly\n\n * Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Experience of working in a live professional environment\n\n * Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S standards\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\n\n * Computer literate\n\n * SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression\n\n * A chance to work on exciting, high‑quality projects\n\n * Ongoing training and professional development\n\n * Long term work
