Experience within the Window and Door Industry is essential\nJob Title: Site Manager – Curtain Walling, Windows & Facades\nLocation: Dartford & Surrounding Areas\nSector: Social Housing & Education\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent\nTravel Required: Yes (regional sites)\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing team, working within the window, door, curtain walling and façade industry. This role will primarily focus on projects within the social housing and education sectors across Dartford and the surrounding areas.\nThis is a hands-on, all-rounder position, ideal for someone comfortable managing site operations while also supporting office-based tasks such as order processing, coordination, and customer liaison.\nKey Responsibilities\n * \n Day-to-day management of site operations for window, door, curtain walling, and façade installations\n * \n Managing subcontractors, installers, and labour on site\n * \n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\n * \n Liaising with clients, housing associations, local authorities, and schools\n * \n Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety checks\n * \n Coordinating materials, deliveries, and installation schedules\n * \n Problem-solving on site and providing practical solutions\n * \n Regular travel to sites within the Dartford and surrounding areas\nRequirements\n * \n Proven experience as a Site Manager within the window, door, curtain walling or façade industry\n * \n Previous experience working within social housing and/or education projects\n * \n Strong knowledge of installation processes and site management\n * \n Comfortable working both on site and in an office environment\n * \n Excellent communication and customer service skills\n * \n Strong organisational and time-management abilities\n * \n Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n * \n Valid UK driving licence\n * \n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid ()\nWhat We Offer\n * \n Competitive salary (dependent on experience)\n * \n Opportunity to work in a varied, hands-on role\n * \n Supportive team environment with room for progression\nHow to Apply\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in windows, doors, curtain walling, and facades, and you’re looking for a varied role combining site management and office-based responsibilities, we would love to hear from you
