SITE MANAGER - Major CAT A Fit Out (£50m) | Part of a £120m Scheme | London Overview A high‑quality refurbishment and fit out contractor, known for delivering complex commercial schemes across London, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship £120m redevelopment project. The business is expanding and taking on increasingly challenging schemes, offering strong long‑term progression for ambitious site leaders. The project includes a £50m CAT A fit out, demolition, and façade works over 10 floors. You will take responsibility for a defined section of the fit out, typically 2-3 floors, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and working alongside a wider management team. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day site operations for your allocated floors/sections. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, logistics, and sequencing. Ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Maintain site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce H&S protocols. Monitor progress against programme and escalate risks or delays. Support procurement, material call‑offs, and site documentation. Liaise with the client team, consultants, and internal management. Produce daily/weekly reports and maintain accurate site records. Drive a positive, collaborative site culture aligned with company values.Candidate Profile Experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects. Strong understanding of CAT A fit out, M&E coordination, and multi‑trade sequencing. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across several floors. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery.
