Site Manager\n Location: Leicester\n Start Date: Monday 30/03/2026\n Duration: 12 Weeks\n Rate: £270 p/day\n\nSite Manager - Commercial Refurbishment - Leicester\n\nMy client is a well-established contractor that delivers refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of commercial sectors.\n\nThey are looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Leicester, running for approximately 12 weeks.\n\nYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, managing the programme, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required quality standards. You will report into a visiting Project Manager.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nThe client is looking for a Site Manager with experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects in fast-paced environments.\n\nYou will be confident managing trades, maintaining programme, and liaising with the client and project team throughout the works.\n\nSuitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, and First Aid
