The difference you will make as a Site Manager You will manage the construction process ensuring efficient and effective delivery to programme, budget, and in line with health, safety and environmental requirements and quality standards. Ensure construction works are carried out and monitored in accordance with current health, safety and environmental legislation (HSE) and in line with company policies. Be the health, safety and environmental lead for the development championing a proactive and positive culture. About you We are looking for someone withExperience in a house building site management position within an established house building organisation for a minimum period of three years.Experience of managing quality and health and safety to high standardsExperience of dealing with customers and delivering open market sale developmentsProven ability to provide inspirational leadership.
