Site Manager – Liverpool
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee construction projects in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid certification)
