Job Title: Site Manager\nLocation: Moss side, Manchester\nSalary: Flexible\nContract Type: Full-time, long term (possible Temp to Permanent opportunity)\n________________________________________\nAbout the Role\nWe at Aspire People are delighted to announce we are now working alongside a primary school in the M15 area of Manchester who are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our premises. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Working hours involves a split shift of 7am-10am and 2pm-5:30pm but negotiable. \n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\n* Ensure the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.\n* Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks.\n* Monitor security systems and ensure premises are secure.\n* Manage waste disposal and recycling.\n* Report any issues or hazards promptly.\n________________________________________\nSkills & Experience\n* Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role is desirable.\n* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.\n* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.\n* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.\n* Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.\n________________________________________\nWhat do you need to apply?\n* Enhanced DBS on the update Service (We can help you apply!)\n* Education Workforce Council application (We can help you apply!)\n* 2 referee's which are able to provide references\n\nAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
