Job Description

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Site Manager/Agent for a Civil Engineering and Utility Contract who has secured works on the Northumbrian Water Framework\n\nThe contractor are a key specialist in various sectors including: Earthworks, Drainage Design, Structures, Waste Water and Energy\n\nDuties Include:\n\n * Managing and overseeing the daily site operations.\n\n * Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources.\n\n * Promoting a high quality culture, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.\n\n * Liaising with the Project and Contracts Manager, reporting any changes to schedule and planning future work activities.\n\n * Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on time.\n\n * Completing daily site diaries.\n\nExperience Required:\n\nMust have:\n\n * Experience working as Site Agent or Site Manager on civil engineering & infrastructure projects.\n\n * SMSTS, Temporary Works, Appointed Person, First Aid.\n\n * Detailed experience with Water Frameworks\n\n * Experience delivering schemes up to £5million\n\nNice to have:\n\n * Engineering background, working from Site Engineer to Site Agent.\n\n * Degree qualified or HNC/HND qualified within civil engineering.\n\nRemuneration:\n\nThe client is offering a salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + package for the right candidate\n\nThis is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.\n\nBy applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found on our website\n\nFor more information, please contact Jack Vasey at Elvet Recruitment
