Site Manager \n\nLocation: Nottingham\n\nRole Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday - Friday)\n\nSalary: £50k\n\nAre you an experienced Site Manager with a knack for precision and a passion for social housing? We have an opening for a dynamic leader to join our growing Refurbishment business in Nottingham.\n\nAs a key part of our Partnership team, you will be the driving force behind high-quality refurbishment programmes, ensuring that we improve homes while maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full ownership of on-site delivery. This isn't just about bricks and mortar; it's about people.

Working within occupied properties, you will be responsible for planning, phasing, and executing works that transform living spaces with minimal disruption to the community.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Planning: Identify and obtain all relevant information to determine the most efficient methods, phasing, and programmes for the works.\n\nResource Management: Ensure the correct labour, plant, and materials are on-site and ready to go to meet contract deadlines.\n\nOperational Oversight: Establish and maintain robust on-site administrative systems to track progress and performance.\n\nSupply Chain Leadership: Manage our supply chain partners closely, ensuring all processes are followed and standards are met.\n\nHealth & Safety: Lead by example with a proactive approach to Health, Safety, and Environmental performance, ensuring a zero-harm environment.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nWe are looking for a confident individual who takes true ownership of their projects.\n\nProven Track Record: Solid experience as a Site Manager specifically within planned maintenance and social housing refurbishment.\n\nStrategic Mindset: Strong knowledge of both internal and external works programmes and the ability to plan complex schedules.\n\nCommunication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations and lead a diverse delivery team.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Strong IT skills and a deep understanding of modern building legislation and H&S requirements.\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
