Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Manager – Residential New Build & Conversion Project (Near Portsmouth, Hampshire)\n\nA respected regional developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a mixed residential new build and conversion project near Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is a 15‑month direct contract with the client, offering the chance to take ownership of a high‑quality scheme from structure through to handover.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll be responsible for:\n\n * \n\n Day‑to‑day management of site operations and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards\n\n * \n\n Coordinating with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives\n\n * \n\n Managing logistics, sequencing, and site planning\n\n * \n\n Ensuring smooth progression from structural works through to finishing stages\n\n * \n\n Maintaining accurate site records, reporting, and compliance documentation\n\nAbout You\n\nYou’ll be a great fit if you:\n\n * \n\n Have proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects\n\n * \n\n Understand both new build and conversion environments and their technical challenges\n\n * \n\n Are confident leading teams, solving problems, and keeping the project moving\n\n * \n\n Have strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach\n\n * \n\n Take pride in delivering well‑run, safe, and high‑quality sites\n\nPackage & Contract\n\n * \n\n 15‑month direct contract with the client\n\n * \n\n Salary: £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to deliver a standout residential development with a committed project team\n\nIf you’re a driven Site Manager who thrives on responsibility and wants to deliver a project you can be proud of, this role offers a strong platform to do exactly that
