Pay: Up to £300 per day\n Location: Reading\n Start Date: February 2026\n Contract Type: Freelance / Contract\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high‑quality fit‑out project in Reading starting this February. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident in managing trades, and committed to delivering projects to an exceptional standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day site operations on a live fit-out project\nManage and coordinate subcontractors and site labour\nEnsure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification\nConduct site inductions and maintain health & safety compliance\nLiaise with the client, project managers, and internal teams\nMaintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects\nSMSTS or SSSTS\nCSCS Manager Card\nStrong understanding of health & safety procedures\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nAbility to drive productivity and maintain site standards\nRight to work in the UK
