Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing a £15 million façade package on a major live project in Manchester, managing up to 32 subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day façade works, coordinate 32 subcontractors, ensure works meet programme and quality standards, maintain health & safety, communicate with client and project team, monitor progress and resolve issues, manage inspections, snagging, handover, and maintain site documentation including RAMS and permits.
