Site Manager - Industrial Cut & Carve Project\nLocation: Wembley, London\nSalary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE) + package\nContract Type: Permanent\nA leading contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for a cut-and-carve industrial project within an existing building near Wembley. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the transformation of a large-scale industrial/commercial space, coordinating all on-site activities and ensuring smooth project delivery.\nThe Site Manager Role:\nAs the Site Manager you will oversee all site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:\n * \n Managing day-to-day site activities, including supervision of subcontractors and site teams\n * \n Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety, and quality standards\n * \n Coordinating access, deliveries, and resources on a live industrial site\n * \n Monitoring progress against programme and budget, reporting to project management\n * \n Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical or commercial issues\n * \n Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance\nRequirements for the Site Manager role:\n * \n Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably on commercial, refurbishment, or industrial fit-out projects\n * \n Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, health & safety, and site compliance\n * \n Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n * \n Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities\n * \n Experience in cost monitoring and programme control is desirable\n * \n Industrial shed experience is advantageous but not required\nWhat's on Offer to the Site Manager:\n * \n Competitive salary £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience\n * \n Opportunity to manage a high-profile cut-and-carve industrial project in Wembley\n * \n Career progression within a well-established contractor\n * \n Supportive, professional working environment\nPlease apply or email your cv
