Internal Fit Out Manager – Edinburgh
Immediate Start | Freelance & Permanent Opportunities | Long-Term Work
We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Fit Out Manager for projects based in Edinburgh, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity offering both freelance and permanent positions, with long-term work secured.
The role will involve managing internal fit out packages from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day internal fit out operations on site
* Coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades
* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Ensuring high-quality finishes across all internal packages
* Managing health & safety and site compliance
* Liaising with main contractor, client, and design teams
* Conducting site meetings and progress reporting
* Overseeing snagging, QA, and handover process
* Managing logistics and sequencing of internal trades
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Internal Fit Out Manager
* Strong background delivering commercial / residential fit out packages
* Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Strong eye for detail and quality finishes
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* CSCS Card required
