Site Manager Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days (including weekends and evenings) Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £39,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 Months, Maternity Cover Expected Start Date: ASAP Hours Per Week: 40 TCFM are seeking a Site Manager to support our soft services operation at a busy Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for the effective delivery of FM services on-site, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with the customer. This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave , working 40 hours per week across a flexible shift pattern where weekend and evening working may be required. Role Responsibilities Deliver facilities management services in accordance with the site service charter, SLA and internal FM strategy. Manage onsite FM projects as agreed with the Project Team. Act as the main point of contact between the customer and service providers day-to-day. Monitor and report on service level agreements and performance indicators.
