Site Manager - Modular Construction\n\nProject: £1m - £8m, Various modular construction projects covering various sectors \n Location: Regional\n Job Type: Temporary (Temp to Perm Opportunity)\n Reporting into: Senior Management\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRelevant Qualifications:\n\nSMSTS\nCSCS Card\nFirst AidExperience:\n\nProven experience managing modular construction projects\nStrong background operating as a Site Manager\nExperience managing fast paced, short duration projects (1-3 months)\nDemonstrable health & safety leadership on live construction sites\nExperience working with subcontractors and direct labour\nAbility to manage multiple site locations over time where requiredAbout the Company\n\nOur client is a well established modular construction specialist delivering high quality projects across the UK. With a growing pipeline of work and increasing demand, they are expanding their site management team to support multiple live and upcoming schemes nationwide. The business has a strong culture of promoting from within, offering long-term stability and progression opportunities for the right individuals.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are recruiting for experienced Site Managers to take full responsibility for modular construction projects across the UK.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard. Projects are modular in nature, with durations typically ranging from one to three months, with further opportunities to move between sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull day to day management of site operations\nManaging subcontractors and coordinating all site activities\nLeading a safety first culture on site\nPreparing, reviewing and implementing RAMS\nConducting site inductions\nCompleting health & safety assessments and inspections\nMaintaining a clean, safe and organised site environment\nEnsuring quality standards are met across all works\nManaging and addressing H&S breaches promptly and effectively\nChairing progress meetings and liaising with stakeholders\nReporting progress and issues to senior management\nSupporting multiple projects over time as workload demands
