We’re working with a reputable main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a cladding replacement project on a 7-storey mixed-use block in Tower Hamlets.

This is a No.1 site role, offering the opportunity to lead from the front on a fast-paced scheme with a clear programme and immediate start.

The Project

* Cladding replacement on a 7-storey building

* Mixed-use scheme with residential units on upper floors

* 18-week programme, starting in the next 2 weeks

The Role
You’ll be responsible for full site delivery, including:

* Managing programme and ensuring works are delivered on time

* Acting as the main point of contact for the client

* Overseeing all health & safety on site

* Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activity

* Driving quality and ensuring compliance throughout

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on cladding or façade projects

* Strong track record delivering projects in live or mixed-use environments

* Confident managing programme, stakeholders, and site teams

* Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance
