Site Manager – Facade Remediation Projects London / Home Counties £60,000 – £70000 + Company Package
We are a leading nationwide façade remediation contractor delivering high-quality principal contracts up to £30m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on major projects in Staines-upon-Thames and Camberley.
The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of façade remediation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site operations and subcontractors
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
* Manage programme delivery and coordinate trades effectively
* Maintain quality control and client satisfaction
* Report progress to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on façade or external envelope projects
* Strong knowledge of remediation works (cladding, fire compliance, etc.)
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
