About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a pitched roof project at a high-profile site near Heathrow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing pitched roofing works, with a proven track record of delivering roofing packages safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site operations related to the pitched roof works
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Coordinate materials, deliveries, subcontractors, and labour
* Maintain daily site reports and progress records
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
* Conduct regular quality and safety checks
* Problem-solve site issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing pitched roofing projects (tile, slate, leadwork, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, sequencing, and detailing
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
* Ability to manage teams and subcontractors confidently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* References required
