Site Manager – Retail Fit Out (London & South East)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee retail fit out projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing contractor delivering high-quality schemes within live retail environments.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of retail fit out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Projects will typically involve working within live trading environments, requiring strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Managing site operations on retail fit out schemes from start to completion

*

Coordinating subcontractors and site labour

*

Ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme and quality expectations

*

Maintaining strict health and safety standards on site

*

Liaising with clients, project managers, and the wider construction team

*

Managing works within live retail environments with minimal disruption to trading

*

Overseeing deliveries, logistics, and site documentation

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit out projects

*

Experience delivering projects in live trading environments

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage programmes and subcontractors effectively

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
