Your site will be 68 traditional build apartments split over three blocks of 12, 12 and 44 for a Housing Association (Rent to Buy). Everything is in very good shape overall on the site, as mentioned by the Quality Inspector – this is the best site in the company in terms of quality and organisation. On top of the hyperbolic headline, there is actually a really good opportunity for you to start on one of our best schemes. Having worked on a large 250 unit residential scheme looks great on your CV, and the contractor is bringing a disused part of the canal back into the public realm – technically challenging but already looks great next to several acres of new woodland and walkways.
