GRAHAM is looking for an experienced Site Manager to support with the completion of a minor works project in York, ending July 2026.

As our Site Manager, youll take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This is a freelance opportunity to 31st July 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials. Uphold all health and safety standards, ensuring all site personnel are properly trained and compliant. Supervise and support subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of works. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project plans.
