We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a ground source heat pump (GSHP) installation programme across occupied social housing tower blocks in Paisley. This role requires a strong background in social housing refurbishment, mechanical & electrical (M&E) installations, and resident-facing construction environments, with a particular focus on decarbonisation and renewable heating systems. You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with residents and stakeholders. Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing projects (essential). Strong track record delivering M&E or renewable energy installations (GSHP/ASHP preferred). Experience working in occupied residential environments. Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations (CDM). Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex logistics in constrained sites. Strong leadership and communication skills.
