Site Manager - New Build Housing Site

Location: Lincoln, LN3
Duration: Short-term cover

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a new build housing development in Lincoln (LN3).

This role will involve overseeing site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Details:

  • Start date: Thursday 2nd April (1 day cover)

  • Return: Monday 7th April to Thursday 10th April (4 days cover)

  • Working on a live new build housing site

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site activities

  • Supervising subcontractors and trades

  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

  • Monitoring progress and maintaining quality standards

  • Reporting to senior management as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects

  • Valid SMSTS

  • CSCS Card

  • First Aid at Work

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
