Site Manager – Knightsbridge
We are working with a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment and upgrade works within a high-profile store in Knigtsbridge. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee works in a live environment.
This role would suit someone with strong refurbishment experience who is confident managing trades, maintaining programme and ensuring high standards of health & safety on site.
Key Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day site operations
*
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme
*
Managing site logistics within a live environment
*
Maintaining quality control and site standards
*
Liaising with project managers, clients and stakeholders
*
Conducting inductions, toolbox talks and site briefings
*
Monitoring progress and reporting on site activity
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
*
Experience working within live commercial environments
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
Qualifications
*
SMSTS
*
CSCS
*
First Aid
