We are recruiting on behalf of a design-led housebuilding company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments focused on community, sustainability, and thoughtful design. The business is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the completion of three residential developments across Bristol and Gloucester.
About the Role:
This position focuses on the estate management and final phases of construction, including:

Managing 278 works, utilities, road completions, and water infrastructure
*
Overseeing final groundworks, paths, street lighting, drainage, and surfacing
*
Coordinating with statutory bodies for inspections, permits, and sign-offs
*
Liaising with internal teams, local authorities, and subcontractors
*
Ensuring all work is completed to the required specification and in accordance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
*
Proven experience in residential groundworks, estate infrastructure, or 278 works
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple interfaces including utilities, highways, and housing associations
*
Competence in permit management and local authority sign-off processes
