Role Description

This is project by project on-site role for a freelance Site Manager, Demographic locations vary and any candidate must be willing to work away from home or travel where reasonably practible. The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations of office & retail banking fit-out sites, experiance in this sector is preffered but not esential. Ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing site safety protocols, supervising staff and contractors, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving onsite issues efficiently to maintain seamless project workflows.


Qualifications


Mandatory

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS (black or skilled)
  • First aid at work (3day)
  • Pasma


Required once accepted (online courses)

  • Asbestos awareness
  • Fire warden
  • Face fit
  • Manual handling
  • WAH
  • HAVS
  • DBS checks


Key experiance


  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and practices
  • Team leadership and effective communication skills with a firm but fair aproach
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experiance in using project management tools and software
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing project risks
  • Experience in the fit out industry is essential and within retail banking is an advantage
